Return Policy
We want you to love your Gloves-On items. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will gladly replace it. We request three things: items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your purchase, items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted and all “Sale” items sales are final.
* Please use caution when trying on items. Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, dry cleaned, washed is considered to be “other than original condition” and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes deodorant markings, pet hair, and odors such as perspiration or cigarette smoke. If such merchandise is damaged it cannot be returned.
Return Process:
1. Please complete the return form and include the item you are returning.
2. Indicate the style, color and size of your replacement item.
3. Send us the item to the address below. We suggest you use USPS Priority Mail or a carrier that provides tracking. We are not responsible for lost shipments.

Did we make a mistake?
If we’ve sent you the wrong or damaged item, we will take care of return shipping and send you a replacement at no additional charge. Please email us at info@gloves-on.com.
If you request a refund
When the returned item is received, the value of your returned item will be credited back as soon as we have finished processing your return.
